In anticipation of the unprecedented demand for commercial and residential space, Ayala Land is developing a new central business district about 10 minutes’ drive from Makati City.
Measuring more than 74 hectares, Arca South is massive by any standards.
Ayala Land will spend US$1.8 billion to develop this area offering an opportunity for urban revitalization and creating a new center for economic growth.
ALI’s investment will be phased over the next five years as it transforms the area into a mixed-use commercial development.
Envisioned as a “city in sync”, Arca South will comprise of prime residential communities, retail centres, office buildings, other establishments such as a hotel and a hospital, as well as recreational green spaces.
Its location and access also makes it ideal for business process outsourcing sites for which nine towers will be launched within the next five years, with two out of the nine buildings to be operational by 2017.
Arbor Lanes will be Arca South’s residential anchor and first elegant address.
It’s an upscale freehold condominium with landscaped amenity spines weaving between each block.
Arbor Lanes is a sprawling garden community comprising five blocks of 13-15 storey condominiums, arranged in a North South building orientation to maximise breezeways and minimise exposure to the afternoon sun.
