A. 저의 토론 주제는 “‘왜’라는 질문과 함께 시작하라”로, 인쇄매체가 그 한계와 영향력을 확장시키기 위해 어떻게 소셜미디어를 지렛대로 사용하는가에 대한 내용을 이야기했습니다.

A. 저는 참가자 여러분들이 서로를 통해 많은 것을 얻어가기를 바라고 빠르게 변화하는 디지털 세상에서 나타나는 도전 의식과 기회에 대해 더 잘 이해하실 수 있기를 바랍니다.

A. 잡지는 일반적으로 명확하고 독특한 가치를 가지며 대체 불가능하고 개인적인 관계를 구축하면서 독자들에게 양질의 통찰력과 즐거운 독서의 경험을 제공합니다.
Q. IT 선진국 한국의 강점은 무엇입니까.
A. IT 영향력에 대한 더 많은 이해와 사람의 일상생활에 더 많은 관심을 기울여야 하며 특히 끊임없이 사회와 세상의 지식을 추구하는 대중의 습관을 파악하려는 꾸준한 노력이 있어야 합니다. 어떠한 경우에서든 목표를 달성하고 이기려는 강한 의지가 한국의 강점 아닐까요.
Q. 디지털매거진 현안과 사업 전망은 어떻게 보십니까.
A. 저는 가치 있는 콘텐츠가 디지털 시대에서 그에 합당한 대우를 받아야 한다는 공감대가 곧 형성되리라 희망합니다.
Diane Ying, the chairman of Common Wealth Magazine Group in Taipei, will present 〈How to leverage the power of digital and social media〉. This interview is about what she expects from this conference.
Q. INTRODUCE YOURSELF.
A. As the Founder, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of the Common Wealth Mag Group (including Common Wealth Magazine, CommonHealth Magazine, Cheers Magazine, Common Wealth Parenting Magazine and Common Wealth Mag. Publishing), my main interests are in the fi eld of business management, political economy, environment, health and education.
Q. TELL US ABOUT YOUR TOPIC AND HOW YOU WILL PRESENT YOUR CONTENTS?
A. My topic will be “tart with why” telling how the print media can leverage the social media to expand its reach and infl uence.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS CONFERENCE?
A. I hope delegates can learn from each other and have a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by the fast changing digital world.
Q. WHAT ARE THE SPECIALTIES AND MERITS OF MAGAZINE?
A. Magazines generally have a clear and unique value and provide better insights and enjoyable reading experience to their readers, forming both personal and thus irreplaceable relationship with magazines.
Q. WHAT DO YOU THINK OF KOREA’ STRENGTH AS ONE OF THE LEADING IT COUNTRIES?
A. We should have a better understanding of the infl uence of IT and its reach to our daily lives, particularly of our habit of pursuing knowledge about the society and the world. I think Korea has an invincible will to achieve and win, no matter what, hasn’ it?
Q. WHAT'S A PENDING ISSUE AND YOUR PERSPECTIVE IN DIGITAL MAGAZINE?
A. I hope a consensus will soon be formed that quality content should be valued properly and should be paid off in the digital world.
